About Eden Christian Retreats
Since my ordination in 2015, I have served in diverse settings, including leading churches, working as a chaplain in a high-security male prison, serving as a healthcare chaplain in a central London hospital, and specializing in palliative and end-of-life chaplaincy. I am currently privileged to volunteer as a chaplain with Thames Valley Police.
These valuable experiences have enhanced and deepened my ability to offer compassionate pastoral support and spiritual care.
In leading my first retreat for the dedicated medical team that I worked alongside, I immediately saw the positive impact it had on those present. This inspired me to offer future retreats, quiet days, and church leadership days, by guiding people into God’s presence and providing His rest, renewal, and peace.
With a compassionate heart, creative spirit, and love for nature, I infuse these qualities into every quiet day and retreat I create.
I am married to John, who is known for his love of bright shirts, and we are blessed with two amazing sons and two wonderful daughters-in-law. In my spare time, I enjoy archaeology, gardening, and baking with sourdough. I also attempt watercolour painting, take long countryside walks, and frequently visit the outstanding Highlands of Scotland.
This is just a little snippet of the story of Eden Christian Retreats, but I hope you sense my passion for people to connect with God and to receive from Him.
